This file is an Excel spreadsheet which compares the detailed financial statements for each mainstage production starting with the 2011-12 season. It is very useful when developing a budget for a new show.
Production Budget Worksheet
This is a spreadsheet useful to the Producer for calculating the budget figures for a production. It is in two formats. The Excel version will automatically calculate totals.
Production Expense Form
For claiming production expenses you have paid for or reporting expenses you have charged on the Shuswap Theatre account at a business.
Zone Festival Budget Worksheet
For calculating the cost of taking a production to the Zone festival.
A standard information sheet that a Director may use to gather information about each actor auditioning. This one is in two forms. The Microsoft Word version can be easily modified. The PDF version has a list of production jobs on the back, which is useful if actors who are not cast might be interested in taking on a different job.
Agenda for First Production Meeting (for Producers)
For the development of brief programme bios. As the writing styles and skills of cast and crew members vary widely, we use these worksheets to gather information and then have one person write up the programme bios.
