When other individuals or groups rent Shuswap Theatre facilities, these are the standard rates and the written agreement that is signed.
This file is an Excel spreadsheet which compares the detailed financial statements for each mainstage production starting with the 2011-12 season. It is very useful when developing a budget for a new show.
Production Budget Worksheet
This is a spreadsheet useful to the Producer for calculating the budget figures for a production. It is in three formats.
Zone Festival Budget Worksheet
This worksheet is for calculating the cost of taking a production to the Zone festival. It is in three formats.
This is a standard information sheet that a Director may use to gather information about each actor auditioning. This one is in Microsoft Word format so that it can be easily adapted.
This audition sheet is similar to the one above but with the addition of a series of brief job descriptions for crew positions on the back. The reason for this is that auditioners are asked if they are willing to take on a crew position if they don’t get a role in the play. The job descriptions help them to know what is needed and what is involved. This is a PDF file.
Agenda for First Production Meeting (for Producers)
These resources are for the development of brief bios for use in the programme. We try to have some consistency and professionalism in how bios are written. The guidelines outline our policy and the worksheet is for the actors/crew members to fill in to provide information to whoever is writing the bios. This usually works better than having actors or crew members write their own bios.
