New Guest Checkout Option

TixHub, the supplier of our ticketing system, has now added a Guest Checkout option for online purchasers. While we still recommend logging into your account with your password, the Guest Checkin is an option if you have problems with password resents and the like. You sign in using only your email address and other basic information.

The main advantage of using your own account is that, if problems arise, we have full access to your purchase history in one place, making it much easier to resolve issues (such as exchanges). 

To make things simple for our patrons, we are looking into doing away with password protected accounts entirely, since we don’t keep any sensitive personal information. The TixHub programmers are examining the viability of that option.
