Board of Directors

Our Board of Directors is elected each year at our Annual General Meeting held in September. Most directors stand for a two year term and we attempt to arrange it so that about half the directors’ terms expire each year. If you are interested in serving on the Board or in nominating someone else to serve, click here for our nominations policy or here for a list responsibilities.
