‘Distracted’ graphic designer/artist call

This is a call of interested for anyone who might be interested in designing the artwork to be used for the poster of ‘Distracted’, as well as the artwork for the name of the play ‘Distracted’.  We are especially interested in having a member of Shuswap Theatre be involved, however, anyone can apply to do the work. Work can be done by hand or by computer.  If designing by computer, it must be in a vector format, full colour.  If designing by hand, it must be as large as possible, to render into our many forms of advertising – on 11 x 17 is ideal and full colour required.  If you Click here you will see the two elements we are wanting designed – as this poster was an interim design – the name of the play and the artwork representing the play. All else will remain as is, and the new heading and artwork will be incorporated into the existing design. 

The Director, Adele Kuyek, has told us that “ I had wanted something which showcased our info rich world” below are two samples of artwork she chose from a copyright-free service – however, please note that she does NOT want any mention of ADD or ADHD on the t-shirt or anything else.  The two fonts that Adele preferred are: Stencil Std and Charlemagne Font.
