Cast Chosen for Mary Poppins

Director Kim MacMillan is very excited about the first rate cast his team has assembled for Mary Poppins. “We had an amazing array of talented people turn up for auditions and we’re grateful to all of them,” he said. Casting was a consensus process which included music director, Jean MacLennan, and choreographer, Carolyn Wonacott. “It’s a challenging show because most of the cast members have to act, sing and dance.” A chorus of trained dancers was recruited to add pizzaz to the dance numbers and to take on several smaller roles as well.
