Annual General Meeting Minutes

The draft of the 2015 Annual General Meeting Minutes is now available for reading and comments. At this years AGM Joyce Henderson, our president, referred to Eli Mina’s book Mina’s Guide to Minute Taking where he suggests that approval of the annual minutes be delegated to the board of directors at their next regular meeting, rather than at the next AGM a year later. Following that discussion a motion to this effect was submitted with the stipulation that the minutes be available on the website for members 2 weeks before the next board regular meeting. The next regular board meeting will be October 21, 2015.
