Kid’s Theatre Ages 6 -8 and 9 —13
This is the fourth year of this program. This year we have added a clown focus. The program’s main focus is on:
- Improv
- Clown
- Games
- Fun
Youth Performance Theatre Ages 14 –20+
An exciting new program combining the Stanislavski method of acting training with clowning. The program includes:
- Performance training
- Voice Development
- Character Building
- Finding Your Pleasure
- Physical Expression
- Musical Blocking
- Script interpretation
The ideas for this course contributed to the success of SWEET SUSIE OF THE SHUSWAP
Youth Technical Theatre Ages 14—20+
Using the expertise of Shuswap Theatre’s core members, hands on experience will be offered in:
- Set design & construction
- Lighting & Sound
- Costumes
- Role of the Producer
- Role of the Director
